Shipping Policy

Oralaa aims to make every order clear and predictable. Orders are reviewed after checkout, prepared according to the product's listed handling time, and shipped using the method selected or displayed at checkout. Product-level shipping charges may differ because package size, weight, destination, and fulfillment location can differ.

Processing times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur because of carrier congestion, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, holidays, or events outside Oralaa's control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Tracking information is provided when available. A tracking number may take time to show movement after the carrier receives the parcel. International shipments may be subject to customs procedures, duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country; those charges are not automatically included unless explicitly stated at checkout.
