Where we ship

Oralaa currently supports checkout shipping to the United States, Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico. Availability can vary by product and destination.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated for the customer's selected destination and displayed before payment is completed. Costs can vary by product, package weight, destination and fulfillment location. Any free-shipping offer shown by Oralaa is applied according to the terms displayed in the store or at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. The delivery estimate shown for an order or shipping method is the best estimate available for that shipment and should be reviewed before purchase. Delivery time consists of order processing plus carrier transit time. Carrier congestion, weather, customs, holidays, address problems or other events outside Oralaa's control can cause delays.

Because Oralaa products can be fulfilled from different locations and use different carriers, a single universal delivery time does not accurately describe every order. Where a product-specific or checkout delivery estimate is provided, that estimate applies to that order.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided when available. Tracking can take time to show its first carrier scan after a label or tracking number is created. Customers can use the Track Order page or My Orders for available order updates.

International customs and charges

International shipments may be subject to customs procedures, duties, taxes or other fees imposed by the destination. Unless a charge is explicitly included at checkout, destination-country duties and taxes may remain the customer's responsibility.

Address accuracy and delivery problems

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order appears delayed, lost, or has an address issue, contact Oralaa with the order number so we can review the shipment.

Returns after delivery
