Refunds for eligible returns
Eligible returns can be requested within 30 days after confirmed delivery. After an authorized return is received, Oralaa aims to inspect it and approve or decline the refund within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact support@oralaa.com with your order number and photos when possible. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution.
